Signing In/Out Procedure
It is essential that all participants register their attendance in the Visitors Book. In certain circumstance registration will need to be undertaken by the group/organisations hiring the room, particularly if large numbers are expected. The facility has a maxium capacity of 25 including staff.

Evening Use
The room, in certain instances, is available for evening use until 8.00pm providing suitable arrangements can be made regarding the securing of the building. A CRU member of staff will run through Health and Safety and Fire Procedures with you but it will be the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all safety procedures are followed whilst in the Centre.

Tea and coffee are available at a small fee or groups are welcome to bring their own refreshments as long as Health and Safety Laws are complied with. Refreshments can also be ordered from http://www.tresbienneath.co.uk/ which is located opposite the facility. Groups must specify their refreshment arrangements when making the booking.
